Tom is a partner and Chairperson of the Firm’s Corporate and Business Law practice area. Tom joined the Firm in the Fall of 2010. His practice focuses on all aspects of business law, including business formation, operations, contract preparation as well as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Tom also has significant experience in commercial real estate and nonprofit corporate law.
