Lori’s practice focuses on a wide array of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, asset based lending and securities. Lori also represents clients in residential and commercial real estate and lease transactions in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. In addition, Lori has extensive experience in family limited liability companies as a means by which to jointly own and use residential property.

Prior to joining the firm, Lori was an Associate at Edwards & Angell (now Troutman Pepper Locke) and Counsel at Hale and Dorr (now Wilmer Hale).
