Eileen’s corporate practice concentrates on the overseeing and maintenance of approximately 550 active corporations, limited liability companies, and non-profit organizations. Her expertise encompasses the formation and qualification or corporate entities in the fifty states, including the preparation and filing of all required documentation. In addition, Eileen also prepares corporate documents for financings, including performing records searches, obtaining tax good standings and zoning certificates, attending to the filing of UCC financing statements in numerous states, as well as obtaining and recording mortgage discharges from numerous financial institutions.
