Biography
Samantha joined the firm as an Associate in 2024. Her practice focuses on litigation.
Samantha received her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams School of Law while also obtaining her Master of Arts in Cybersecurity as a member of the joint degree program. During law school, Samantha was a member of Roger Williams University Law Review and Honors Program. She received the C.A.L.I. Awards for the highest grade in Intellectual Property, Privacy Law, and International Law. As a member of Students for Civil Justice, Samantha competed in the American Association of Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition. As a member and president of the Cybersecurity Law Association, Samantha competed in a moot court competition focused on cybercrimes and hosted by UCLA in California. She also volunteered at the Rhode Island District Court Eviction Help Desk for a summer and at Brooklyn Defender Services for Alternative Spring Break. Additionally, Samantha served for a semester as a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Lincoln D. Almond at the United States District Court – District of Rhode Island.
Previously, Samantha served for over three years as a paralegal within the Criminal Division at the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General.
