Biography

Bruce has practiced law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts Courts for over 30 years. Representative clients include public, private and closely-held corporations, LLCs, LLPs, partnerships and limited partnerships; cities and towns; lenders, including banks and private lenders and/or investors; business and/or individual borrowers and private individuals. Bruce’s practice encompasses all types of business and commercial litigation; workouts, inclusive of bankruptcies, State Court receivership, out-of-court restructuring, forbearance agreements and foreclosures, representing both lenders and borrowers; employment and labor matters; elder law, estate and probation litigation, long-term care facility and health care litigation; health care compliance and regulatory matters. Bruce’s practice also includes real estate dispute litigation. His practice includes appellate litigation, both State and Federal. He regularly appears in both State and Federal Courts, as well as before Administrative Bodies and Public Counsels, and is experienced in all forms of mediation and/or arbitration.
