Biography

Nancy joined the Firm in January, 2016. For the past 33 years, Nancy has been practicing law, the last 23 of which she was a Partner in the firm of Hardy, Tabor and Chudacoff. Prior to forming that firm, she was a Partner at Edwards & Angell (now Locke Lord) in Providence, Rhode Island.

She has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and guardianships, with a particular emphasis on estate planning for persons with special-needs, special-needs trusts, and Medicaid and Social Security matters regarding special-needs trusts.
