Tom joined the Firm in the Fall of 2010.  His practice focuses on all aspects of business law, including business formation, operations, contract preparation as well as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.  Tom also has significant experience counseling nonprofit corporations on a variety of matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Tom was an associate for four years with the New England law firm of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP.

Tom serves as legal counsel to and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Veterans Memorial Auditorium Foundation and is the Vice-President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Community Boating Center, a youth sailing school located in India Point Park, Providence.
