Lori Lousararian joined the Firm in early 2008.  For the past twenty years, she has represented private and publicly held companies in many areas of corporate law.  She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private placements, asset-based lending, equipment financing and construction contracts, working with companies from a wide array of business sectors, including technology, manufacturing, software, waste management, consulting and personal emergency response services.  Ms Lousararian has also represented many start-up companies from the medical device, insurance and retail sectors.
