Business, corporate, M&A and finance comprise the core of Ernie’s practice.  He practiced as an Associate and Partner with Adler Pollock & Sheehan Incorporated for 17 years before becoming involved as a co-founder, principal, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The Lincoln Group Incorporated, a multinational manufacturer of coated products.  While at The Lincoln Group, Ernie led numerous acquisitions and dispositions, including a major investment in the company by a leading private equity group and a premier insurance company. He was also involved in the operations of the business, including manufacturing and marketing and sales. Ernie was a co-founder and principal of Manchester Humphreys, a private merchant banker that was involved in over 30 corporate transactions.  Ernie continues his legal and business experience as a co-founder and principal of Management Capital, LLC, a private equity firm focused on control investments in middle market companies.
