Catherine Schneider joined the Firm in 1988.  The focus of her practice is in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning and general corporate law.  Catherine has considerable experience in advising clients regarding estate planning, gift and estate tax matters and business succession issues, including the negotiation and preparation of shareholder buy-sell agreements providing for the orderly transition of ownership.  She also structures family entities such as family limited partnerships and limited liability companies to facilitate gifting and asset protection.  Catherine’s corporate practice has included the representation of both private and publicly held companies on all aspects of business law, including formation, operations, financing, employment matters, contracting and mergers and acquisitions.
