Lynn E. Riley has authored a chapter of Practical Guide to Probate in Rhode Island, a comprehensive one-volume guide to Rhode Island probate practice, published by Massachusetts Legal Continuing Education (MCLE) and released on March 8, 2011.  Lynn’s chapter is entitled, “Probating the Will.”

Lynn E. Riley will be presenting Estate Planning in Uncertain Times, on  February 17th, 2011 at the RI Law Center, 115 Cedar Street, Providence, RI.  She will be speaking from 12:45 pm – 1:45 pm. This seminar is hosted by the Rhode Island Bar Association.
